ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo launched a hierarchy view in v13, however, this limits use to the general ledger view.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo adds the hierarchy view as generic search panel related to Account Groups, Product Categories, and Partner, which can be activated on any view as a list or a form view. This means that you can have a structured hierarchy view on any field which has the notion of parent (and so notion of hierarchy).
This module provides hierarchy on a search panel (searchmore) when we click search more on many2one field that have relation to partner (with help fal_partner_code module) and product (with help fal_product_hierarchy module) Note that it will work with other object if they have the panel in the left side |  |
