ODOO'S FUNCTION

In Odoo, there is no built-in option to easily create ticket batches or individual tickets directly from reception, which can be a limitation for operations needing detailed tracking.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

CLuedoo introduces a new feature that allows users to create ticket batches and individual tickets from the reception via the Actions button. A ticket batch is generated for every stock picking, and individual tickets are created for each stock move line (e.g., by Serial Number). This structured approach ensures precise tracking and faster processing, especially for operations requiring detailed item management.

Go to Inventory > Configuration > Warehouse Management > Operations Types > Set Default Helpdesk Team for the type of operation.

e.g. I choose Test Ticket Batch Team 2 for Receipts.

Purchase Orders > New and create a new quotation > Fill in the necessary information > Confirm.


Click on Receipts > Actions > Create Ticket Batch.

The ticket batch has been created for the stock picking and the helpdesk team Test Ticket Batch Team 2 has been assigned to the ticket(s).

For products that are tracked by Unique Serial Number, a ticket will be created for each stock move line.

e.g. If quantity = 5 then it will create 5 stock move lines > 5 tickets are created.

You can go to Helpdesk > Ticket Batch to check the Ticket batch and Tickets created as well.
