ODOO'S FUNCTION

Odoo proposes a calendar to organize your day, but does not propose a full meeting app.


CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

You can fully manage your meeting:

  • Before: create draft - submit & invite people - send reminder - define agenda & target time.
  • During: get the watch & the live cost of your meeting based on the participants.
  • After: close your meeting with accrual hours (based on the watch or manually filled), make the MOM (internal & external MOM) then print it or send it by email, and close the meeting, or create timesheets from the meeting
1. Settings

Go to Settings > Users > Select a user, you can set the role for the user to manage Meeting: Blank, Officer, Manager


2. Contacts


Fill in the Category and Standard Rates under the Meeting tab in Contacts

Go to Calendar > Configuration > Meeting Presence Category/ Meeting Role Category/ Standard Rates > Create New (Manager only)


  • If User: Blank

> No permission to read Meeting Presence Category/ Meeting Role Category/ Standard Rates

  • If User: Officer

> Has permission to read only Meeting Presence Category/ Meeting Role Category/ Standard Rates

  • If User: Manager

> Has permission to read, create, edit, and delete Meeting Presence Category/ Meeting Role Category/ Standard Rates

4. Meeting Types


Go to Settings > Technical > Calendar > Meeting Types > Create a new Meeting type

5. New Meeting 


Go to Calendar > Create a new meeting > Fill in necessary information of the meeting (Name, Date & Time, Location, Description, Attendee, etc.)

6. Invitations


After saving a meeting, it will automatically generate an invitation, user can edit and fill in the invitation from the Invitations tab

7. Use Agenda


Check the box Use Agenda, and a new Agenda tab will appear

  • If User: Blank

Agenda Tab won't be displayed (even if the Use Agenda checkbox is checked)

  • If User: Officer

> Can view only the Agenda tab


  • If User: Manager

> Can create new Agenda, edit information of Agenda (Subject, Speaker, Target Duration, Actual Duration) and can delete Agenda

8. Stopwatch time


User can use Stopwatch Time feature to record the time

9. Allocate Time


When clicking Pause/Stop Meeting on the Stopwatch Time, the user can allocate the actual duration to the agenda

10. Print Meeting report


User can select report to print

11. Write Minutes of Meeting (MOM)


User can access the MOM tab and freely write the MOM below

12. Send MOM by Email


User can send the MOM by email to the internal

13. Schedule Activity


User can schedule an activity from the chatter
