ODOO'S FUNCTION
In the default Odoo system, when managing Transfers:
- It is not possible to define an Analytic Distribution directly on Stock Moves. This limitation affects the ability to track costs accurately or allocate them to specific projects or departments.
- The Transfers list view does not display Analytics Concatenation, making it difficult to manage and cross-reference stock transactions related to specific projects.
- There is no functionality to apply Applicability Selection in Analytic Plan for Stock Moves, which restricts the ability to align stock movements with specific financial plans or budgets.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhances stock move management by:
1️⃣ Defining Analytic Distribution on Stock Moves: Allowing users to assign analytic distribution directly to each stock move, improving cost analysis and enabling accurate financial tracking and allocation to projects or departments.
2️⃣ Displaying Analytics Concatenation in the Transfers List View: Adding an Analytics Concatenation column to the Transfers list view, making it easier to filter, search, and manage stock transactions by project.
3️⃣ Applicability Selection in Analytic Plan for Stock Move: Providing the ability to select and apply specific analytic plans during stock moves, ensuring precise budget allocation and financial tracking for inventory operations.
Within Transfers (Operations), an Analytic Distribution can be assigned to each stock move. |  |
The transfers list view also displays the Analytics Concatenation (all the ADs on the stock moves) |  |
The ability to search the transfers by their Analytics Concatenation has also been added. |   |
ANALYTIC APPLICABILITYGo to Analytic Plans, select the desired plan, and configure the applicability of Analytical Distribution in Stock Moves as Optional, Mandatory, or Unavailable. |  |
If the applicability is set to Mandatory, validating the transfer requires an analytic distribution. Otherwise, a warning will be triggered. |

If the applicability is set to Optional, you may choose whether or not to add an Analytical Distribution. |  |
If the applicability is set to Unavailable, you will not be able to add an Analytic Distribution of that plan to the transfer. |
