ODOO BEHAVIOUR

Odoo proposes a great tool with the creation on the fly of any object (supplier, customer, product,...) but which is also very dangerous in the hand of end-user. Quickly, databases are messy because it's easier for people to create than to search the good partner/product.

CLUEDOO BEHAVIOUR

Cluedoo add a technical access right on this feature to only propose it to advanced users and strongly limit the creation on the fly - and so the risk of mistake.

Who in Odoo Standard did not create a partner/a product on the fly just by mistake? 

By controlling on the fly creation, you are sure than only the advanced user - who will clean any mistake - will use this creation shortcut.

CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATION

To be installed on 100% of the database. The creation on the fly is too easy and so implies messy master data.
