MPS: -Actual MOL
Adding -Actual MOL and the calculation of Opening/Closing ATP in MPS

ODOO'S FUNCTION
In standard Odoo, the Master Production Schedule (MPS) does not handle actual values for indirect demand coming from Manufacturing Orders, nor does it calculate the opening Available to Promise (ATP). As a result, the forecast and replenishment suggestions may not reflect the real production situation.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhances the MPS by adding the “-Actual MOL” and the calculation of Opening/Closing ATP. It allows to display real production data and accurate stock availability, improving planning consistency and decision-making.
1. Go to Manufacturing > Planning > Master Production Schedule > Add products to the MPS if needed > You can see the opening ATP and -Actual MOL |  |
NOTE The -Actual MOL represents the actual quantity of a product consumed as a component in other products, based on both draft and done Manufacturing Orders Lines. You can click on the -Actual MOL quantity in the MPS to see the details. |  |
About Opening ATP, the calculation would be:

About Closing ATP, the calculation would be: Closing ATP = Opening ATP - Actual - Actual + Actuals For example, Closing ATP of Chocolate Milk = 17-6-13+30=28 |  |
