The Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, promoting Odoo ERP solutions, and building strong customer relationships. This role combines sales activities such as lead generation, product demonstrations, and contract negotiation with marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, business-oriented, and skilled in both sales execution and marketing strategy, with a genuine interest in IT and digital transformation. ​

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify potential leads by identifying customer needs, business opportunities, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for ERP solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to opportunity conversion, including customer discussions, solution presentations, and CRM updates.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiations to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and business partners to support long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer industry needs while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably selling ERP systems, business software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Experience in B2B sales is required.
  • Good understanding of ERP concepts such as accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, CRM, manufacturing, or project management modules.
  • Proven experience in achieving leads, opportunity, and sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to understand customer business processes and translate them into solution needs.
  • Familiar with CRM usage and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good follow-up discipline and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience selling Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
