As an Odoo Gold Partner in France, China, and Indonesia, alongside more than thirteen years of experience in outsourced financial services, IT systems, and business intelligence, Falinwa is the right choice as your company's Odoo implementor.
Here's how a quick-start Odoo implementation could look in your company:

Phase1

In the first phase, the focus is on a fast and smooth implementation.

To support the change to a new system, we strongly recommend sticking to Odoo Standard for certain processes modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting) and limiting any specific development only to severe locking points.

Bear in mind that Odoo can be already improved in many areas owing to a wide range of Falinwa Cluedoo modules.

Phase 2

In the second phase, the full scope of the project is implemented.

This involves more effort from both the users and the ERP provider. For example, the Manufacturing module. Within this module, additional time is needed to create the products and bill of materials, alongside identifying the work centres, and confirming the overall design.

This means that after the quick-start integration is complete, your employees are already familiar with the Odoo system, enabling them to quickly counter the learning curve at this stage and move into phase three.

Phase 3

The final phase redefines necessary business procedures.

Recommendations come from our team’s expertise, gained through over thirteen years of experience accompanying organisations on this journey. Suggestions also come from the users themselves regarding company-specific process.

These could range from selecting hardware for manufacturing management, to managing and configuring pay slips or setting automatic overtime rules. Falinwa will support your company in whatever its chosen best practice may be.

We also make sure the IT hardware, servers, and data is well managed,  helping you to remove or improve legacy processes from previous or parallel systems.
