Position Overview
We are seeking a Bali Sales Executive (Sales) to manage day-to-day sales dynamic in Bali.
This role is designed for bali, where Sales are critical and require strong local ownership. The position reports to the Branch Manager and works closely with Area Sales Coordinator.
This is also a development position where the person can move into area sales executive within 2-3 years based on performance and area situation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation

Identify and approach potential customers who may need ERP solutions.

Build and maintain a healthy leads pipeline.

Achieve the assigned monthly leads target.

Conduct initial qualification of leads based on business needs, company size, budget, and readiness.
Opportunity Management

Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Understand customer pain points and propose suitable ERP solutions.

Coordinate with the functional or technical team for product demonstrations, requirement discussions, and solution presentations.

Achieve the assigned opportunity target.

Maintain accurate opportunity updates in the CRM system.
Sales Closing

Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms with prospective clients.

Follow up consistently with prospects until deal closure.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after closing.
Customer & Market Development

Build long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and business partners.

Identify new market opportunities for ERP solutions.

Stay updated with ERP trends, competitor offerings, and customer industry needs.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after sales closing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably selling ERP systems, business software, SaaS, or IT solutions.

Experience in B2B sales is required.

Good understanding of ERP concepts such as accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, CRM, manufacturing, or project management modules.

Proven experience in achieving leads, opportunity, and sales targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Able to understand customer business processes and translate them into solution needs.

Familiar with CRM usage and sales pipeline management.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Good follow-up discipline and customer relationship management skills.

Experience selling Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
